Terms of Service (ToS) for Craftsmith Workgear

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Craftsmith Workgear's services, including our website and online store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

4.2. In the event that negotiation does not resolve the dispute, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and any judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

4.3. The arbitration shall take place in the State of Arizona, and the laws of the State of Arizona shall apply to any dispute or claim, without regard to conflict of laws provisions.

5. Limitation of Liability

Craftsmith Workgear, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of our services or the purchase of our products.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1. Customers may return products purchased from Craftsmith Workgear within 30 days from the date of delivery. The products must be returned in their original packaging and in new, unused condition to be eligible for a full refund.

6.2. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Craftsmith Workgear will only provide a refund up to the price paid for the products.

7. Shipping

Craftsmith Workgear ships its products to all states in the United States, as well as Canada and Mexico. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary, and customers are responsible for any applicable customs and duties for international orders.
